Cable at my Garage Door snapped. Made arrangements with MJC to have both sides repaired on the 22nd Sept. 2026
At the arrange time Graeme & Blair arrived, fixed and serviced the Door. All good and I would definitely recommend their service.
Thanks Dieter

Excellent experience with this family-owned garage door company. I always prefer to shop local and support family-owned businesses over large national companies, and this was a perfect example of why. From start to finish they were friendly, efficient, and professional. The installation went very smoothly, and they kept us well informed about when the crew would arrive. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard, with clear attention to every detail. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with my new door. Stephen was very helpful and friendly when he came out to do the quote. Good selection of colours/styles to pick from.
Mark, who came to measure and then to fit, was also very good and helpful.
On the day all went very smoothly and they left everything very tidy after.
Communication was very easy through the WhatsApp chat.
Would definitely recommend.

The company were really easy to deal with and all really pleasant guys. Removed my old (very worn out and falling apart door) and fitted a new one in a couple hours. Great to deal with and a fair price.

Our garage electric roller doors crashed down after a very hard frost. They were very old and my wife and I went through the minefield of trying to find a reliable and efficient company to fix the doors ASAP being in the depths of winter and storms etc. We read as much information online as we could and decided on MJC Garage Doors Ltd. I telephoned and got Mark who came out very promptly to assess the situation. He was extremely professional and he advised new roller doors and gave us a competitive and reasonable quote which we accepted on the spot. The new doors arrived very quickly. This is a very professional and efficiently run business. The communication was excellent throughout as was the quality of workmanship. Mark is an excellent worker and knows his trade inside out. After finishing the work, he left our garage spotless and removed the old doors and all the other components. We are absolutely delighted and would recommend MJC Garage Doors 100% to anyone.

Mark was great. Called me back after I left him a message, and was nice, upfront on price and availability. Asked when would work for me, and showed up when he said he would.

He figured out the issue, explained it to me fully and fixed it in rapid time for the agreed upon price.

I would definitely recommend MJC to anyone, and will 100% use Mark and his business again if I ever find myself having the need.

Thanks again, Mark!

I wish all trades operated like MJC Garage Doors. The cable of my garage door snapped and I needed it repaired asap. I looked at a couple of reviews for similar companies and steered clear. I found MJC and I thought I would give them a call. It was the owner Mark who answered and he was on the road to another job at the time. He couldn’t have been any nicer. He told me up front what the cost would be and said he would come and do it when he finished the job he had in Edinburgh that same day and true to his word there he was at the time he said he would be. Mark is a genuinely good guy, so refreshing after some of the conmen I’ve had to deal with. He repaired the job for me in no time at all and identified another issue and sorted that out too. Price is highly competitive and he is a true professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and if I am ever in the market for a new door he will get the business.

Absolutely delighted with the job… made the mistake of trying myself, wasted money buying the wrong parts and nearly took my eye out when the cable I was fitting snapped.. should have called MCJ in the first place… Called MCJ on the Friday, they came out as arranged on the Monday and the door running smoother than it ever has since I moved into the house…would definitely recommend just getting the experts in… wasn’t even expensive..
