Garage Door Emergency?

"Called Mark early afternoon after opening my garage door and the cable snapped making the door come off the runner giving my a heart attack as my car was under it! Unbelievably he said not a problem he could be there in a few hours - true to his word he turned up, cracked on and got my garage door back to working order.
